Depois deixei mais 30 minutos - 120º - velocidade 2.<br />

Programar 10 minutos - 100º, velocidade 2.<br />
Juntar o bacalhau e programar mais 3 minutos, 100º, velocidade 2<br />
Juntar a batata palha e mais 3 minutos, 100º, velocidade 2<br />
Passar este preparado para uma frigideira. Eu fiz na Wook.<br />
Sem lavar o jarro, bater os ovos, a salsa (reserve alguma para salpicar o bacalhau depois de pronto, o sal e a pimenta - 10 segundos na velocidade 6.<br />
Juntar os ovos ao bacalhau e deixar cozinhar, mexendo sempre até atingir a consistência desejada.<br />
Servir enfeitado com azeitonas pretas e salpicado com mais salsa picada. Programei 30 minutos -110º - velocidade 3<br />
Como queria bem mais apurado, deixei cozinhar mais 20 minutos - 120º - velocidade 2.<br />
Se gostar mais grosso, deixe cozinhar mais alguns minutos.<br />
Colocar em frasquinhos esterilizados, deixar arrefecer.<br />

Esta é a quantidade máxima suportada pelo cesto, se quiser reduzir a quantidade de castanhas, o tempo e a água também devem ser reduzidos.<br />

800 g de marmelos (1 Kg de marmelos dará as 800g depois de retirados os caroços)<br />

600g de açúcar amarelo<br />
1 colher de chá de canela em pó<br />

800 g de marmelos (1 Kg de marmelos dará as 800g depois de retirados os caroços)<br />
1 laranja sem casca e sem caroços<br />
600g de açúcar branco<br />
1 colher de chá de canela em pó<br />

<u><i>Nota: de cada vez na Mycook só deve fazer com 800g da fruta. Eu já fiz com cerca de 1 Kg e 700g de açúcar, mas neste caso, aumentei mais 5 minutos em cada tempo de cozedura e em vez do copo na tampa coloquei o cesto virado para baixo em todos os processos.</i></u><br />

</i></u><br />
Retirar os caroços dos marmelos, cortar em pedaços e lavar bem sem retirar a casca.<br />
Colocar no jarro 400g dos marmelos em pedaços e dar <b>2 a 3 toques no turbo</b> para triturar.<br />
Juntar as restantes 400g de marmelos e triturar <b>alguns segundos na velocidade 10</b>. Ajude com a espátula através do bucal para que os pedaços de marmelo que estão em cima possam ir para baixo.<br />
Acrescente o limão ou a laranja (conforme a receita que desejar) e o açúcar.<br />
<b>30 minutos - 110º - velocidade 4</b><br />
No fim deste tempo, retire o copo do bucal e coloque o cesto virado para baixo, segure com um pano e triture mais um pouco com o turbo.<br />
Para ficar mais apurada e engrossar, programe mais <b>15 minutos - 120º - velocidade 4</b><br />
Distribua por taças de vidro ou frascos não muito altos e cubra com papel vegetal embebido em aguardente para conservar.<br />

80 g de amêndoas (podem ser picadas, inteiras ou laminadas. Não importa)<br />
50 g de nozes<br />
80 g de açúcar mascavado<br />
40 g de mel (4 colheres de sobremesa)<br />
50 g de azeite<br />
50 g de farinha<br />
Sumo de 1 limão peq.<br />
Sumo de 1 laranja (cerca de 50 g)<br />
1 pitada de sal<br />
1 colher de chá de gengibre<br />
1 colher de chá de canela<br />
Algumas amêndoas inteiras para decorar (cerca de 14)<br />

Triture os cereais, as amêndoas e as nozes. <b>15 segundos - velocidade 9</b><br />
Junte o açúcar, a farinha, a canela, o sal e o gengibre e envolva. <b>10 segundos - velocidade 6</b><br />
Acrescente o mel, o azeitee os sumos da laranja e do limão. <b>20 segundos - velocidade 5</b><br />
Tire bolinhas de massa e espalme-as com a mão.<br />
Coloque num tabuleiro untado e polvilhado de farinha.<br />
Por cima de cada biscoito crave suavemente uma amêndoa e pincele as amêndoas com manteiga derretida.<br />
Leve a forno médio, 170º, no máximo 30 minutos.<br />
Retire do forno, tire-as do tabuleiro onde assaram e coloque em cima de uma grelha para que arrefecem.<br />
Comem-se muito bem com chá ou mergulhadas no leite. Conserve-as dentro de frascos ou latas.<br />
São excelentes para ofertas originais.<br />

360 g de soro de leite (butter milk) - não encontrei este ingrediente, por isso fiz assim: para uma chávena de chá de leite misture uma colher de sopa de sumo de limão e espera 3 minutos. Neste caso pus sumo de 1 limão para 360g de leite.<br />

</div><div><b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;">Como Fazer</span></b></div><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>No jarro colocar o açúcar e pulverizar velocidade 10 - 1 minuto</li>
<li>Colocar a pá, juntar a manteiga - 1 minuto - velocidade 4</li>
<li>Juntar os ovos - 2 minutos - velocidade 4</li>
<li>Numa taça misturar o cacau, o corante vermelho e a baunilha. Fica uma massa escura e grossa.</li>
<li>Juntar esta massa no jarro - 1 minuto - velocidade 3</li>
<li>Programe 4 minutos na velocidade 3 e através do bucal vá juntando o leite e a farinha, alternadamente. No fim altere entre a velocidade 3 e 4 até estar bem misturado.</li>
<li>Acrescente o bicarbonato, o vinagre e o sal - 1 minuto alternando entre a velocidade 3 e 4 para ficar uma mistura homogénea.</li>
<li>Untar uma forma com margarina e polvilhar com farinha - levar ao forno a 170º - cerca de 50 minutos ou até estar cozido. Eu forrei a forma com papel vegetal mas para a próxima não ponho!</li>

Colocar no jarro a cebola, as cenouras em rodelas, o chouriço o alho e o azeite - 5 minutos - 110º - velocidade 1. Triturar no turbo.<br />
Juntar a carne, a água, o vinho, a polpa do tomate, o caldo de carne e temperar de sal e pimenta - 15 minutos - 110º - velocidade 2.<br />
Quando terminar escorra todo o caldo da carne para uma taça funda e reserve a carne. A esse caldo acrescente água até encher a taça e reserve.<br />
Como fazer a 2ª parte do recheio<br />
Voltamos à Mycook e no jarro colocamos a cebola, o alho e o azeite - 5 minutos - 110º - velocidade 1<br />
Juntamos o leite, o caldo da carne, a farinha, a margarina e temperamos com pimenta e noz moscada - Ligar a velocidade 6 cerca de 15 segundos.<br />

A massa é fácil e vem no nosso livro, mas aqui fica: fiz esta massa 3 vezes: 270g de farinha, 80 g de azeite, 70g de água, 1 ovo e uma pitada de sal. Programar<b> AMASSAR 1 minuto.</b>.. e já está!<br />

No jarro colocamos a cebola em pedaços, os dentes de alho, as cenouras em rodelas, a margarina e o azeite - <b>6 minutos - 100º - velocidade 1.</b><br />
Colocar o frango em pedaços.<br />
Numa tigela misturamos o leite, o caril e a farinha que juntamos no jarro, com a polpa de tomate, o caldo de galinha, a salsa e temperamos de sal e pimenta a gosto -<b> 8 minutos - 100º - velocidade 2</b><br />
No fim trituramos tudo com <b>2 toques de turbo ou 1</b>, conforme desejar a consistência. Deixar arrefecer.<br />
Estender a massa, forrar forminhas para ir ao forno, rechear cada uma com cerca de 2 c. de chá do recheio.<br />
E fazer tampinhas de massa para fechar as empadas. Por cima faça rolinhos de massa e coloque por cima em forma de cruz. Pincele com ovo batido as que desejar fazer na altura. As restantes pode congelar e utilizar quando quiser.<br />
Vão ao forno quente até estarem douradinhas e cozidas.<br />

Como fiz o pudim de ovos, queria arranjar uma forma de aproveitar as 11 claras que sobraram e por isso surgiu esta ideia.<br />

Para fazer o caramelo<br />
Coloque na forma para o pudim o açúcar e leve a cima do bico do fogão, não muito alto. quando começar a caramelizar vá deitando a água aos poucos. Peque na forma com uma pega e disperse o caramelo pela forma. reserve enquanto prepara o pudim.<br />
<br />
Na Mycook pese o leite e aqueça 3 minutos no microondas.<br />
Coloque no jarro da Mycook a pá misturadora, as gemas, o ovo e o açúcar. Programe 4 minutos na velocidade 4, para obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado.<br />
Junte o amido de milho, o Vinho do Porto e a canela. 2 minutos na velocidade 3.<br />
A meio do programa junte o leite em fio e deixe terminar.<br />

Coloque este preparado na forma, polvilhe com canela e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º em banho-maria cerca de 1h00 ou até estar cozido.<br />

Colocar no jarro da Mycook a água (temperar com sal) e as massas no cesto. Programar 20 minutos - 110º - velocidade 3.<br />
Retirar, passar por água, ainda no cesto, e reservar.<br />
Rejeitar a água que restou no cesto e vamos preparar o molho.<br />
No jarro colocamos: a cebola, o alho, a cenoura, o tomate, o pimento, a salsa, o azeite, temperar de sal e pimenta. Programar 10 minutos - 110º - velocidade 1.<br />
Triturar primindo 2xs o botão turbo.<br />
Acrescentar o vinho e as lascas de bacalhau. programar mais 10 minutos - 100º - velocidade 2.<br />
